- Advice to CMA CGM Group, the second largest container shipping company in the world. The firm advise the German organisation, which is also responsible for all business in Central and Eastern Europe, on all matters relating to employment law. During the reporting period, various works agreements were negotiated with the works council and two central departments were reorganised. Also noteworthy is the support provided in connection with the departure of several C-level members. The revenue was into the six-figure range.
- Supporting dao GmbH in the implementation of a buy & build strategy. The aim is to build up a leading company in the field of property management through acquisitions. Only in 2025, 30 companies will be bought.
- The employment law practice group provided Nordex SE with comprehensive consulting services in complex individual and collective labour law matters, including support in various disputes with the works council.
