Baker McKenzie

Baker McKenzie advises fixed and mobile telecoms operators on regulatory and licensing matters, and contract negotiations. The team also assists institutional investors and infrastructure funds on telecoms infrastructure network purchases, construction projects, and their operation or transfer. The group is also increasingly involved in litigation concerning fibre optic undertakings.
