• Advising Niksen Limited, the owner of a retail park in Gornji Milanovac, Central Serbia, in the sale of this retail project to an international real estate investor.
  
• Advising the Serbian entity of Boffetti, a group experienced in high, medium and low voltage electrical systems and in developing networks for utilities, industries and infrastructures, on the assessment of the current impasse with the investor in a large renewable energy project, where Boffetti Balkan doo acts as the contractor.

• Advised Halkbank on the purchase of the Holiday Inn Hotel in New Belgrade.
  
• Advised Stellantis on two 2024 transactions: the sale of land in Kragujevac to CTP and the Republic of Serbia within the FAS Free Trade Zone, planned for industrial and manufacturing development, as well as providing ongoing legal support on real estate matters including factory facilities, zoning issues, property restructuring, and transaction planning.
  
• Advising Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., in relation to construction of St. Regis Kula Belgrade, which is a 42-floor mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction in Belgrade.

• Advised Actis in another tower deal in Serbia – the acquisition of Dot Towers through Actis platform Connectis Tower that added 50 prime sites to their portfolio, primarily located in central Belgrade and other key Serbian cities.
  
• Assisted CA Immo in its market exit from Serbia by advising on the successful sale of Sava Business Center in Belgrade.
  
• Advised UGT Renewables on entering into a strategic partnership agreement for the development and construction of new solar power plants and battery storage facilities in Serbia to be owned and operated by Serbia’s EPS, with a total installed capacity exceeding 1 GW and with 200MW/400MW/h battery storage.

• Advising and representing Mondada Investment in the process of sale of the location in prime location in Belgrade, including structuring the transaction with the escrow account and monitoring the post-completion activities related to the transfer of the construction and other permits to the acquirer.
  
• Advising and representing BG UrbanLux in the acquisition of the assets, consisting of the leisure facilities under the culture heritage protection, in bankruptcy and post-completion activities consisting of settling the proprietary relations with third parties and re-construction.

• Assistance to the ABL INVESTMENTS Ltd. Belgrade in the purchase of real estate in a residential area of Belgrade, analysis of property rights related to the real estate prior to the sale and the organisation and supervision of the entire transaction.
  
• Advised JCG Ltd. on the acquisition of a Belgrade-based real estate company, the owner of two buildings located on the parcel in Subotica – an existing shopping mall and a commercial service building with an issued construction permit and the status ‚under construction‘.

• Advising on the construction of a building in Belgrade, Serbia for mixed-use with net surface exceeding 17,000 sqm – on purchasing the land, due diligence exercise, permitting and zoning issues, as well as drafted sale and purchase agreements and reservation agreements for end customers, and prepared drafts of design and construction contracts.
  
• Advising on the planning to develop a mixed-use facility valued at over EUR 50m with a surface exceeding 50,000 sqm for housing a big residential building and two business/commercial towers in the centre of Belgrade’s business district Novi Beograd – on due diligence exercise and all aspects of the transaction including the structuring, the preliminary agreement and the fulfilment of CPs and CSs which is still ongoing.
  
• Advising Wienerberger d.o.o, a member of Wienerberger Group –  a brick manufacturer which also produces clay roof tiles in Europe and concrete pavers in eastern Europe, in all day-to-day and/or project related commercial law matters.

• Advising long-term client Garbino, a fashion retailer in Serbia, in connection with its entire real estate portfolio.
  
• Representing Obnova AD in two disputes before the Higher Court in Belgrade against the City of Belgrade and the Republic of Serbia requesting the determination of the ownership of a number of real-estate assets in the centre of Belgrade.

• Advised Firefly Productions d.o.o. Beograd on the acquisition and development of a three-film studio complex on city-owned land in Pančevo.
  
• Represented BW GALERIJA DOO BEOGRAD, together with lenders including Erste Group AG, Erste Bank AD Novi Sad, OTP Hungary, OTP Bank Serbia, and Eurobank Cyprus Ltd, in the refinancing of the “Galerija” shopping mall in Belgrade.
  
• Providing Feniksbus DOO Novi Sad with legal support in all aspects of construction and real estate projects, including regulatory compliance, contractual documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities.
