We were entrusted with the task of examining all legals risks potentially resultingfrom numerous previous employee transfers within several of the seller’s entities present inSerbia, analyse complex regular and transaction-related bonuses, check compliance with HRregulations of the seller’s branch as employer of all Serbian employees and potential HRliabilities from the pending liquidations proceedings instigated over other seller’s entities inSerbia. Since the acquisition, we are trusted advisor and we provide our assistance on thedaily basis in various employment, corporate and data protection matters.
  • Represented MOL Nyrt, a Serbian unit of the international oil and gas company, in relation to various and complex employment issues, which include restructuring, dismissals due to redundancy. We helped in the complex dismissal of a senior HR employee at the end of trial period, which was challenging due to the fact that this was a person who was very familiar with dismissal process and that lack of the required skills and knowledge had to be elaborated and evidenced in detail to minimize the risk of the court proceeding, while the employee was unwilling to cooperate in the dismissal procedure our assistance was of utmost importance.
