• Acting for Export Trading Group in connection with an investment treaty claim against the Republic of Mozambique (the government) over the illegal seizure of tens of thousands of Metric Tons of agricultural goods, violating ETG’s investor rights under the Mozambique Investment Law and the Mauritius-Mozambique Bilateral Investment Treaty.
  
• Acting for Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company in connection with a complex, multi-jurisdictional, and precedent-setting dispute against the government of Kenya in relation to the introduction of a 25% excise duty on imported glass bottles, exempting only imports from EAC countries while applying the tax to COMESA member states such as Egypt.
  
• Acting for Vodafone Group (UK) in connection with defending a Constitutional Petition filed by Goodweek Inter-Services against Vodafone Group (UK) and three other respondents: Safaricom, Vodafone Kenya, and Mobitelea Ventures in the Constitutional and Human Rights Division of the High Court of Kenya.

• Representing Eastern Produce Kenya Ltd in a dispute concerning ownership of a vast tea estate measuring approximately 340 acres located in Nandi County.

• Represented KenGen, the country’s largest power producer, in a high-stakes procurement dispute before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, successfully defending against a challenge by Sapon Insurance Brokers Ltd.
  
• Acted for KeNHA, Kenya’s leading road infrastructure development and maintenance agency, in a high-value arbitration dispute against a major construction firm specialising in large-scale public works.
  
• Representing the applicant in a precedent-setting environmental and governance dispute before the East African Court of Justice, challenging the Republic of Uganda, the Secretary General of the East African Community, and the Lake Victoria Basin Commission for violations of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.

• Represented  National Bank of Kenya Ltd and its appointed receiver and manager successfully in defending proceedings by Sovereign Hotel Ltd to stop the bank’s appointed receiver from taking over the management of the company’s businesses.
  
• Represented Mumias Sugar Company Ltd (under receivership) successfully in resolving pre-receivership tax disputes in excess of Kshs. 24,000,000,000 and obtaining a settlement agreement that protects the receiver from immediate demand of the taxes and safeguards the order of priority of payments provided for in law.
  
• Representing LAPFUND in litigation challenging a major housing project worth over Kshs. 10,000,000,000, including successfully defending an application for interim orders to stop the commencement of construction works, thereby ensuring that the project takes off.

• Acting for Flying Tiger Oversize Cargo Pty Ltd, an Australian aircraft owner, in a high-stakes commercial dispute involving the total loss of an aircraft that was leased to a Kenyan cargo carrier operating ACMI flights between Kenya and Somalia.
