• Represented multiple large-scale retailers and producers in criminal proceedings following inspections or adverse product findings (e.g., parasites, harmful bacteria, or excessive pesticide residues). Provided immediate crisis response, including management of product seizures, coordination with authorities, and full legal defence in criminal food law cases.
  
• Advised multiple large-scale retailers and producers on the design and implementation of internal compliance policies across EU markets, covering food safety, labelling requirements, green/environmental claims, and product withdrawal protocols.

• Advised Consorzio Clementine IGP on cease-and-desist letters concerning the unauthorised use of its registered geographical indication trademark by third parties, raising issues at the intersection of trade mark enforcement, food labelling compliance, and EU agri-food regulations.

• Assisted Wimea, the company that manages the IP rights and image of Benedetta Rossi and her food brand ‚Fatto in casa da Benedetta‘, on the sale of 51% of its share capital to Mondadori Media, a Mondadori Group company.

• Represented Comité Champagne and INAO in a landmark case before the General Court concerning the misuse of the renowned PDO „Champagne“ in a trademark application, with the Court ruling in the client’s favour and reinforcing PDO protection across the EU.

• Aided Assobirra on the analysis of regulatory and general requirements for „Italian Grape Ale“ (IGA) beer, a specific product flavoured with grape must.

• Advised Nuo Octagon on the acquisition of a 78.567% stake in Bialetti, triggering a mandatory tender offer for the remaining listed shares and a planned delisting from Euronext Milan.

• Represented the California Table Grape Commission, which manages a licensed portfolio of world-famous seedless table grape varieties, in a massive regularisation programme for hundreds of growers who have decided to self-declare their plantations as illegal.
  
• Assisted the Italian wine producer Torrevento through the strategic acquisition of a controlling 51% stake in its subsidiary, Cantine Torrevento S.r.l., from an Italian entity backed by an international investment fund.
