Commercial disputes in The English Bar Offshore

3 Hare Court

With a strong track record in appellate work, 3 Hare Court is geared to handle commercial disputes across Bermuda, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. With vast experience in appeal work, Thomas Roe KC, appeared before the Privy Council in Barnes v Moxey, overturning the ruling of a Bahamian court in a family property dispute.
