Kinstellar advised on all legal aspects, including structuring, due diligence, regulatory issues, and negotiation of transaction documents. The deals involved fully let and development-ready logistics and industrial assets across Bucharest, Timișoara, Oradea, Constanța, Arad, and Târgu Mureș, representing one of the largest and most complex real estate exits in Romania in recent years and being recognised as Deal of the Year 2024.

The property is currently owned by the client following a giving-in-payment agreement concluded with two former owners. The matter raises complex issues regarding the legal nature of public-domain assets, the validity of prior transfers, and the interaction among enforcement, property, and administrative law.
  
• Assisting and representing a real estate developer in litigation against CNAIR concerning the extension of an expropriation carried out for the construction of the Bucharest–Ploiești highway. The claim concerns an additional portion of land rendered unusable by the initial expropriation, raising intricate questions of expropriation law, fair compensation, and the limits of public-interest takings.
  
• Assisting and representing the beneficiary of construction works in litigation against the contractor regarding the performance of a project in Bucharest.
