• Advising MTN Nigeria Communications Plc on the construction of the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway under the Road Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme, as per Presidential Executive Order No. 007 of 2019.
  
• Advising Azikel Petroleum Limited (the “Borrower”) in connection with the USD168,200,000 facility to be provided by the Africa Export-Import Bank (the “Lender”) for the construction, development, and operations of a modular hydro skimming refinery in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria, which will comprise of a 12,000 barrel per day refinery and associated facilities.
  
• Provided legal support to Neveah Limited for the design and construction of its Copper and Aluminium Factory under the FIDIC Yellow Book Contract 1999 Edition, worth approximately ₦4.97 billion.
  

Highlight-Mandate

• Advised Africa Infra Plus Fund on a national portfolio of greenfield concessions for 1,600-bed student hostels and ancillary facilities across 36 tertiary institutions in Nigeria, structured under a Design, Build, Finance, Maintain, Operate and Transfer (DBFMOT) model.
  
• Advising Promasidor Nigeria Limited in connection with the acquisition of an industrial property comprising a large expanse of land and warehouse within the Isolo Industrial Scheme in the Mushin area of Lagos State.
  
• Advising Swiss Pharma Nigeria Limited in connection with the acquisition of a strategically located parcel of land measuring approximately 10.064 acres (4.073 hectares) (together with the development thereon) at Dopemu Village, Agege, Lagos State.

• Advising Africa Plus Partners Nigeria Limited on the concession and tolling of the Lagos-Otta-Abeokuta Federal Highway (with a length of about 80km) and the Benin-Asaba Federal Highway (with a length of about km125).
  
• Advising Afreximbank, a multinational development finance institution, on the development of a world-class hospital in Abuja, Nigeria for the treatment of certain contagious diseases.
  
• Advising Kaizen Properties Limited on its development of a 30-storey twin-tower residential building comprising of 42 luxury apartment units at 39 Bourdillon Ikoyi, Lagos.

• Advised Magic City Lifestyle Promotions Limited on a transaction for the construction and development of multi-unit block of commercial property in a key urban area in Lagos.
  
• Advised Powergen Nigeria Abeokuta Limited on its acquisition of a large tract of land at Jabi Lake Waterfront, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja for the proposed development of a luxury and upscale mixed use commercial development.

• Advising Pernix Federal, Inc of U.S.A. on the construction of a USD537 Million New USA Consulate Office in Eko Atlantic City.
  
• Advised the Debt Management Office (DMO) on a N350 Billion Federal Govt Sovereign Sukuk-to-finance the building of roads and infrastructure.
  
• Advised the Consortium appointed by the Federal Ministry of Aviation as Transaction Advisers for the PPP development of a national Aerotropolis (Airport City).

• Provide legal advisory services to Lekki Retailtainment Limited (“LRL”) (a subsidiary of Purple Group) on its development of a state-of-the-art retail and entertainment center in the Lekki area of Lagos state.
  
• Advising Stanbic IBTC Bank Limited (the “Lender”) on the perfection of its interest on all the assets of Quan You Industry FZE (the “Borrower”) with the Nigeria Export Processing Zone Authority (“NEPZA”).

• Advising TAF Africa Global in connection with its joint venture arrangement with the Rivers State Government for the development of the Greater TAF City, an ambitious mixed-use urban development.
  
• Advising Orange Island Development Company Limited in relation to a significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Lagos State Government.
  
• Advised China Harbour Engineering Company in relation to the grant of a concession by the Federal Government for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Abuja – Keffi – Akwanga Highway under the Highway Development and Maintenance Initiative (HDMI).

• Advising WTN Limited on the acquisition of the property measuring approximately 2050.052 square metres at 148A, Ahmadu Bello way, Victoria Island, Lagos. Lagos State (the “Property”).
