Highlight-Mandate


  • Advised the Islamic Development Bank on the structuring and regulatory review of strategic sovereign financing projects exceeding $50 million each, including compliance with Algerian banking and foreign lending laws.
  • Assisted Toshiba in the sale of its European transmission unit by negotiating counter-guarantee arrangements with Algerian banks linked to major infrastructure projects and power plant guarantees.
  • Jointly advised Apple Pay and Baker McKenzie on launching its contactless and e-commerce payments platform in Algeria, including regulatory analysis of tokenisation and digital payment frameworks.
